Tonya Bailey is a proud native of Central New York, a devoted mother, loving wife, loyal friend—and an extraordinary nurse whose passion for caring knows no boundaries. As a traveling LPN, Tonya brings her skill, warmth, and professionalism to communities across the country, touching countless lives with her dedication and compassion.

Her journey into healthcare began with distinction. Tonya graduated Salutatorian from the BOCES LPN program, a clear reflection of her early drive and commitment to excellence. She continued her academic journey at Utica College of Syracuse University, where she pursued English and Adolescent Education—fields that nurtured her love for learning and teaching, qualities that continue to define her work and her life.

Over the course of more than two decades, Tonya has built a career grounded in service, empathy, and excellence. “My 22 years of experience and education in the healthcare field has given me the skills, confidence and opportunity to help others, and that is exactly what I plan to do,” she says—a philosophy she lives out every single day.
